Thanks for shopping at Diode Press. These policies cover purchases made through diodepress.com. Diode Press is operated by Diode Press, LLC, based in Ohio.

Orders and Payment

Payment is collected in full at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old, or are purchasing under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or inventory issues. If that happens, I'll reach out and any payment collected will be refunded.

Shipping

Shipping times and methods vary by product. Each listing includes specific processing and shipping details, so it's worth checking there before you order. Some items are built to order, so lead times will differ.

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timing and transit conditions transfers to them. I'll do my best to help if something goes sideways, but I can't be held responsible for carrier delays or losses after the package leaves my hands.

If you have a deadline or a special shipping need, contact me before placing your order and I'll do my best to help.

Returns

All sales are final. Because many items are handmade or built to order, I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges.

That said, if something arrives damaged, I want to make it right. Contact me within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the damage. I'll review it and we'll figure out the best next step together.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase and are non-refundable. If you run into a technical issue with your download, get in touch and I'll help sort it out.

All files are licensed for personal use only. You're welcome to print, make, and enjoy them for yourself, but please don't sell the files or physical reproductions made from them. Commercial use of any kind requires my written permission.

Handmade and Natural Materials

Many Diode Press products are made from wood or other natural materials, and each piece will have its own character. Grain patterns, color variation, and minor texture differences are part of what makes handmade work what it is — they're not defects. Product photos are representative, and your piece may vary slightly from what's shown.

Installation and Product Safety

Some products, including the Marble Print Bar, are designed to be suspended from the ceiling. Installation is entirely the customer's responsibility. Please make sure any mounting hardware, ceiling anchors, and load ratings are appropriate for your specific space and ceiling type.

Diode Press, LLC is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation or use of any product.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — product designs, photography, written content, graphics, and brand assets — is the property of Diode Press, LLC. Please don't reproduce, redistribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without permission. That includes design files, product images, and anything else you'd find here.

If you're ever unsure whether something is okay, just ask.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diode Press, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Ohio.

Updates to These Policies

I may update these policies from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you're good with the new terms.
